Morbier Porcelain Dial with Surround

In average condition. The brass surround is 18 3/4". Winding holes 3 3/4" center to center.. Roughly 2 7/8" fron the center shaft to the winding hole. The porcelain dial is attached to a thin tin backboard which then attaches to the front frame of the movement, which is typical.
