 Totally overhauled with new great wheel busing on both time and strike, pivots polished and new bronze bushings inserted where needed.
Also a new time mainspring of proper length, width and strength (3/4 x .016 z 108)  for consistant time keeping during the week.  This is NOT the average slap a few busings to get it running again movement. There is no reason why this movement would not provide dependable accurate time keeping for another 90 years with proper care.

Here is a interesting Seth Thomas movement . Obviously a high quality movement with cut pinions and thick plates. It's 3 3/8" in diameter with the Seth Thomas logo on the rear plate and "Made in US of America". What's missing isi the fast/slow control shaft. The hardware is there to hold it but the shaft is missing. The movement is ticking away and the strike seem to work correctly
