THIS IS ONE OF THE CLEANEST WELL KEPT SETH THOMAS MANTEL CLOCKS WE HAVE ACQUIRED IN YEARS. IT RETAINS ALL THE ORGINAL FINISH ON THE FEET AND SIDE LIONS HEADS. THIS SETH THOMAS MANTEL CLOCK HAS A EIGHT DAY SIGNED SETH THOMAS BRASS MOVEMENT WHICH HAS BEEN RECENTLY CLEANED AND OILED AND FUNCTIONS AS IT SHOULD. THE CLOCK STRIKES THE HOURS ON THE HOUR AND ONCE FOR THE HALF HOUR. THE DIAL IS ORIGINAL AND HAS AGED VERY LITTLE OVER ITS 106 YEARS, OUTSTANDING !! . COMES WITH ORIGINAL SETH THOMAS PENDULUM BOB AND ORIGINAL KEY AS FAR AS WE CAN TELL. Seth Thomas DENTON - 1913.
Seth Thomas 8 day fine round movement. Gold plated sash and mat with silvered convex dial with raised bronze numerals. The dial show some scratches around the winding arbors which can be seen in the photographs. Hour and half hour strike. Seth Thomas Chime Clock No. 51.       Manufactured 1914
Early English oak case with original finish and a nicely aged cabinet. The patina is outstanding. The Westminster chime strikes every 15 minutes on 4 highly tuned bells. The sound is crisp and clear to hear, very pleasing. If you compared the bell chime along side the chime rods found in the contemporary clocks of today you will definitely choose the bell.
Both the time and chime movements have just been serviced and function perfectly.  It has a 6 inch silvered dial with brass sash and convex glass. There is also a chime/silent switch which can be seen surrounded by a small brass plate. Height 14 inches.                $575.00                    von

Ansonia "REGISTER" 1901

Stuning and flawless is how we best describe this 8 day 107 year old Ansonia clock. As you can see it is the desirable blue color with floral designs on the front, sides and top. The 5 inch porcelain dial is also flawless, no hairline cracks or chips around the winding holes. The beleved glass has no chips and the Rococo style door opens and closes as it should .

ANSONIA BELGIUM 1904

HARD TO FIND BELGIUM MODEL IN ENAMELED IRON CASE. THE SIDE DRAGON BIRDS ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION AS ARE THE FEET. THE CASE HAS JUST BEEN POLISHED AND LOOKS GREAT FOR BEING 104 YEARS OLD. THE BACK COVER WAS MISSING WHEN WE PURCHASED THIS CLOCK SO A REPLACEMENT WAS FABRICATED. THE 8 DAY ANSONIA MOVEMENT HAS JUST BEEN SERVICED AND IS RUNNING AND STRIKING AS IT SHOULD.  THE 5 " PORCELAIN DIAL IS IN OUTSTANDING CONDITION, NO HAIRLINE CRACKS OR CHIPS.
