German "D.P Patent147023"  Pendulum length is 15" measured  from the top of the suspension post to the middle of the pendulum bob. Comes with mounting bracket,coiled gong and pendulum. Movement was cleaned/tested and seems to work BUT probably could use a minor overhaul.
