Time only un-signed movement. Very well made with thicker than normal plates. Comes with dial and hands. Not sure how this movements mounts. One idea is on a wooden seatboard and two 90 degree metal brackets that attach with screws into the threaded mounting holes on the lower left and right on the movment.
